Fashion and food are coming together in Riyadh. Miu Miu has opened a pop-up in African Lounge in Bujairi Terrace. Running until 30 March, the event is open during Ramadan.
The Miu Miu pop-up aims to create a celebratory spirit, and combine conviviality and community. Guests are invited to enjoy a specially curated menu, and a dedicated dining experience. The venue is decked out in branded food, drinks and design. Look out for the bright neon sign, logos on cushions, napkins, and on top of desserts and drinks. In the lounge, we also spotted games, which guests are encouraged to play.
Natasha Sideris is a powerhouse in the food industry. She is the founder and CEO of Tashas Group. Her concepts include African Lounge, Avli by tashas, Bungalo34, Galaxy Bar, Flamingo Room by tashas, Le Parc by tashas, Perlage, NALA, Ouzeri and tashas.
Flamingo Room by tashas bought a touch of jungle chic to Riyadh. The restaurant can already be found in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and it recently opened in the capital. The venue showcases fun flavours from South Africa.
Natasha recently told FACT: “We have exciting plans ahead. This year, we have openings in South Africa, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. By the end of the year, we will likely have 30 tashas locations, which includes one in Saudi Arabia, and five more in the Emirates. We will also be opening Avli by tashas in Bahrain and Le Parc by tashas in Cape Town”.
