The three-day event will happen in Alserkal Avenue.
Fashion in the UAE has always been more than just style. It has become a cultural experience and a community event uniting like-minded folks. With this in mind, Lacoste is bringing a unique takeover to Dubai.
Taking place from 14 to 16 November in Alserkal Avenue, Lacoste is honouring the evolution of their women’s collection. For three days, you can dive into this extravaganza that blends fashion and sports with community spirit.
Lacoste has plenty planned for this takeover. Kicking off the festivities is the Lacoste Tennis Court which is a symbol of the brand’s identity. With coaches on court, you’re welcome to try your (back)hand at this spot. Seasoned players are welcome to participate in friendly matches as well. Bookings are available on an hourly basis and can be made online.
For those who like to start their day with a bit of movement and mindfulness, there will be yoga sessions in collaboration with Akasa Yoga. These sessions are perfect for anyone looking to energise their morning in a stylish yet sporty setting. Sessions are available on 15 and 16 November, from 9am to 9.50am.
Adding an extra layer of fun, Lacoste has lined up two DIY workshops, the Lacoste Flower Workshop in collaboration with Maria German, and the Lacoste Tote Bag Workshop with Irma Art Workshop. Both workshops offer a great way to bring home a personalised touch. Both workshops will be held on 15 November, with the flower one scheduled from 6pm to 7pm, and the tote session to take place from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
One of the highlights of the Lacoste takeover is the display of the brand’s archival pieces. Showcasing styles from the 1980s up to the present day, this collection offers a look into the brand’s past. It also pays homage to Lacoste’s lasting impact in the world of sports and fashion. Expect interactive displays that tell the story of the brand’s evolution and the founder, Rene Lacoste.
Now no event is complete without something to munch on, which is why Lacoste is bringing its very own Lacoste Cafe as well. With a menu created by Le Guepard, you’ll be tempted to try out the delicious bites and sips they have on offer.
