Yep, the popular chef's table experience have done it again!

Question: how do you top a fine dining experience that boasts the highest ranked chef in the Middle East at its helm? Hint: add another highly ranked chef to the mix à la Trèsind Studio. Here, the award-winning Chef Himanshu Saini will soon be joined by Chef Prateek Sadhu for an exciting evening of cutting-edge Indian cuisine. But who is Sadhu and why is his guest appearance significant?

Well, not only is he the executive chef of Masque – recipient of the Miele One To Watch title at Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2020 – in Mumbai, but he’s also the co-founder. The restaurant has blazed its own trail through India’s culinary landscape, garnering a reputation for consistently innovating and collecting numerous accolades along the way – ranking #32 on the list of Asia’s Best Restaurants in 2021 included.

Now, Sadhu is gearing up to join forces with Saini for intimate dinners taking place on 27 and 28 November. Diners will be treated to a selection of new and signature dishes from the innovative duo for AED 695 per person (food only), with both 6:30pm and 9:30pm seatings available. The collaboration is the latest installment in a culinary series that has already featured collaborations with Ana Roš of Hiša Franko in Slovenia, Riccardo Camanini from Italy’s Lido 84, Manu Buffara of Brazil’s Ristorante Manu, and Christopher Hardiquest of Bon Bon in Brussels.
