If you’re looking for a new Japanese restaurant in Riyadh, put EDO restaurant on your radar. The concept brings the cuisine and culture of the country to the capital. Located on As Siddiq Road, it is in its soft opening phase, and here’s what to expect. 

The menu at EDO restaurant spans appetisers, gyoza, ramen, poki, sushi, nigiri, mains, yakiori and sweets. Sushi includes California Rolls, Philadelphia Rolls and Sushi Shrimp. Mains include Casher Chicken with fried chicken, cabbage and onions, and Angus Steak with croutons and Dijon sauce. Plus, dishes are served on pretty plates, from bright blue plates to silver-edged plates.

EDO restaurant boasts an open kitchen, so you can watch the chefs at work. The restaurant is great for solo diners as well as groups, and the tables span from countertop seats to square tables. The venue has an industrial chic design with exposed piping and wooden as well as green walls. Plus, there are frames currently with no photos in them.

EDO restaurant is open daily from 5pm to 11pm.
