Located in Al Malqa, it also offers pizzas by the slice.
It’s time to grab a slice of fun and food at Spirito in Riyadh. Located in Al Malqa, the new Italian restaurant offers New York-style pizzas. So, if you’re hungry for a sleek spot, put this one on your radar.
Spirito in Riyadh draws inspiration from New York, where the pizzas are often made with thin crusts and cut into wide slices. If you’re suffering from food indecision, you can order whole pizzas and by the slice.

The menu includes a Brisket Pizza, Burrata Pizza, Margherita Pizza and Pesto Pizza. The menu also includes a special gluten-free section, and the pizzas come in 12-inch sizes. Sides and dips include potatoes with a sauce, and options span cheddar cheese, ranch and truffle. The dessert menu currently only includes one option, which is a Classic Tiramisu.
Spirito in Riyadh’s design is muted and minimalist. There are black and white tiles on the floor, grey walls with mirrors, and white tabletops. Take your pick from the brown banquettes, which are lining the walls, to the black counter top stools, where you can watch the chefs at work.

If you can stand the heat, we’d recommend sitting near the kitchen. It’s a superb spot for some Insta-worthy content, as you can see chefs spinning the dough on their fingers and tossing it in the air – all with a smile on their face.
Spirito in Riyadh is open from Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 1am, and from Friday to Saturday from 1pm to 4pm and 6pm to 1am.
