Dubai’s food scene never fails to impress. While plenty of restaurants in the emirate serve fantastic food, some favourites have established multiple outposts to cater to diners’ demands. Among these is Grand Zor, which has built on the success of its first branch and has now opened a second outpost in the city.
Located at Bluewaters Island, Grand Zor’s second branch in Dubai offers a unique fusion of Uzbek, Mediterranean, and Eastern European cuisines. Overlooking Ain Dubai and the waters of the Arabian Gulf, this two-story venue provides the perfect setting for a memorable meal.
Step inside, and you’ll be greeted by interiors that balance elegance and comfort. Warm tones, copper accents, and natural elements create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Panoramic windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the vintage chandeliers and plush furnishings.
The first floor takes luxury up a notch, offering a Lounge Area with golden chandeliers and green marble finishes. It also houses the VIP space known as The Room, offering an elevated experience with karaoke, live performances, and shisha.
And that’s not all. This massive space also features outdoor seating with canopies and palm trees, perfect for a wholesome alfresco dining experience.
Grand Zor’s menu is as grand as the space itself. Here, you can indulge in the likes of Bone in Samsa, Salmon Tartare in Guacamole, Grand Zor Osh, Cheddar Lamb Kofta, Afghan Kazan, and much more. For dessert, they’ve got Waffle Rolls and chocolate mousse with salted caramel, called Renaissance The Room, which you’re sure to love.
Grand Zor opened its first branch in Dubai at Fairmont The Palm early last year, where it quickly became a firm favourite. The new Bluewaters Island venues retain the same warmth and hospitality, with a fresh perspective and expanded menu.
The concept comes from Success Hospitality Group, who are also responsible for Grand ZOR at Fairmont The Palm and Genatsvale Restaurant, a Georgian gem.
So if you’re looking to savour a wholesome feast with breathtaking views of Dubai, add Grand Zor at Bluewaters Island to your reservations radar.
