Available for a limited time, this menu features dishes like the Chinese Rainbow Fish Salad, a festive Dim Sum Platter, and an array of traditional mains and desserts, offering you the best way to welcome luck and prosperity into the New Year. The menu is available from 28 January to 3 February. AED 388 per person for a minimum of two guests.
Lion Dance
On the official Lunar New Year Day, the festivities will come alive. Witness the traditional Lion Dance, a high-energy performance believed to ward off evil spirits and bring good fortune. Performed at the auspicious time of 10.08am, this showcase is not to be missed. Elsewhere, the Wishing Tree at Shangri-La Dubai lets you pin your hopes and dreams for the year ahead. You can also dress in your best clothing and exchange greetings and gifts. Available on 29 January.
Lantern Festival
As the festivities draw to a close, make sure you partake in the Lantern Festival for a fitting finale. Shang Palace’s one-day-only Lantern Festival Menu will offer a memorable meal, combining traditional flavours with contemporary flair. It’s a perfect way to wrap up with the taste of Cantonese cuisine. Available on 12 February.
