The sports star has signed a four-match deal.

Saudi Arabia, get ready to rumble. The Mexican boxing legend Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez is coming to the capital. He has signed a four-fight deal, and the first match takes place on 3 May in Riyadh against William Scull.

Amid speculation about a May showdown with Terence Crawford in Las Vegas and a potential clash with YouTuber Jake Paul, Canelo has set his sights on high-stakes battles in Saudi Arabia, sidelining previous plans. The bout in Riyadh on 3 May will see Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez fight William Scull.

He will later headline two matches in Riyadh, which are set to take place in February and October 2026. The opponents have not yet been confirmed, but the rumour mill is circulating.
