Are you ready to go bonkers? British garage star Dizzee Rascal is coming to Dubai. Taking place at P7 Arena on 13 February, the event will showcase his hits. So, if you’re a fan of British Grime, Garage and Hip-Hop, here’s what you need to know.
Dylan Kwabena Mills, better known as Dizzee Rascal, hails from Bow in East London. He attended the Young Actors Theatre Islington, and he started making music on school computers. In 2003, he released his first album, Boy in Da Corner. The singles included I Luv U and Fix Up, Look Sharp. At 19 years old, he won the Mercury Prize for the best album and became the youngest recipient of the award.
Over the course of his career, Dizzee Rascal has scored five UK number-one singles. He has made a name for himself as one of the country’s leading grime artists. He has collaborated with artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Beck, and Calvin Harris. We hope the concert in Dubai includes his hit songs Bonkers, Dance Wiv Me, and Holiday.

With nearly 25 years as a pioneering force in British grime and garage, the Mercury Prize-winning trailblazer remains an unstoppable icon.
In 2010, Dizzee Rascal made his debut in the UAE, performing at Creamfields in Abu Dhabi. In 2012, he performed at the Sundance Festival in Dubai, and in 2023, he performed at Emirates Golf Club. Now, for the first time in almost two years, he is back in the country.
