Maison Revka is making its way to Dubai from Paris and Saint Tropez, promising a Slavic-inspired dining experience that blends traditional grandeur with a modern twist. Founded by a Slavic family, this restaurant celebrates communal and cosy dining with a luxurious flair.
If the Dubai outpost is akin to the Paris and Saint Tropez branches, expect to see velvet seating, plush rugs, bold patterns, an open fireplace and just the right amount of old-world glamour. You'll also be able to enjoy a garden-like setting with elegant metal chairs, and floral cushions bringing the French summer charm.
The menu takes centre stage at Maison Revka, with gourmet caviar as the highlight. Other must-tries include smoked salmon, grilled lobster, sea bass tartare, king crab salad, prime Irish rib steak, beef tenderloin, lamb skewer, chicken chachlyk and much more. For desserts, the likes of pavlova and sorbets will be served.
