Located in ICD Brookfield Place, the bar draws inspiration from Paris.
The French restaurant Josette has made its mark on Dubai. Now, it is set to expand with La Petite Cave in ICD Brookfield Place, DIFC. Opening on 4 November, the new French wine bar draws inspiration from intimate Parisian bars.
La Petite Cave aims to be a space for conviviality. In French, the name means small cellar and reflects the basement-style bars in Paris. The venue brings together a cosy and classy atmosphere.
The design boasts white tablecloths, soft candlelight, recycled wine bottles, and vintage wooden wine boxes. You can choose from seats at the counter or on the terrace with views of Burj Khalifa. Plus, French music fills the air.
The drinks menu ranges from fine wines to accessible glasses starting from 30 AED. Wine is available by the glass, carafe or bottle, and there is a range of Bellinis, Champagnes, and a decanter experience showcasing aged wines. The food menu includes amuse-bouches designed to elevate the wine experience. Plus, caviar, cheeses, oysters, pizzette de truffe and tartare are available.
Eleonora Caso, Orange Hospitality’s Wine Director, explains: “La Petite Cave is a place of plaisir – a celebration of the joy of wine and the art of savouring life. La Petite Cave promises to be a destination where every glass tells a story, and every visit becomes an experience to cherish.” The bar will also host wine dinners and training sessions led by Eleonora, who is Wine and Spirit Education Trust certified.
