Visit the Hattem Mattar x Kokoro collab
To mark the opening of its new Nad Al Sheba branch, Kokoro is launching a limited-edition menu featuring creations by the UAE’s first Arab pitmaster, Hattem Mattar. Known for his bold, smoky flavours, Hattem’s techniques bring a surprising twist to Kokoro’s signature handroll experience. The dishes include Brisket Nigiri, Brisket Handroll, Pastrami Gunkan and Pastrami Handroll. Available daily from 29 January to 5 February.

Try the new Carnival Menu at Amazónico
Chef Diego Sánchez Vargas has crafted a Carnival Menu to celebrate Amazónico Dubai’s fifth anniversary. Offering bold dishes inspired by the Amazon, highlights include Muchame de Hamachi, a delicate mix of cured hamachi, soy sauce and shiso, and Cachapas, corn crepes paired with foie gras and green apple. The menu continues with Ayampaco a la Braz, a grilled corvina with criolla sauce and cassava stew, and Paletilla de Cordero, a baby lamb shoulder served with fermented corn and roasted pumpkin. For a sweet finale, enjoy the signature Piña dessert. Available from 4 to 8 February.

See Sweeney Todd at Dubai Opera
The famous character Sweeney Todd is coming to Dubai Opera. Set against the backdrop of 19th-century London, Sweeney Todd essays the role of a barber whose love life is shattered by an act of betrayal. He returns to London and is transformed into the infamous Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Here, he joins forces with Mrs. Lovett. Together, they hatch a plan to take revenge. Its darkly comic and thrilling narrative has captivated audiences worldwide

Party with BLOND:ISH at Playa Pacha
Playa Pacha Pool and Beach Club at FIVE LUXE brings the heat with ICONS, a special series celebrating the biggest legends in tech-house and electronic music. Dine on the new Omakase menu at Nobu Dubai
Nobu Dubai has recently launched its seven-course experience that showcases world-class Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes from Executive Chef Damien Duviau. The current menu features highlights like Bluefin Tuna with Matsuhisa Dressing, King Crab with Burnt Leek Miso, Salmon Amazu Tosazu Nori Tacos and a Persimmon Goma Tart with Calamansi Sorbet.
