If iPods, Popworld and Heat magazine mean something to you, then you'll be excited about Mixtape Dubai. Taking place at Bla Bla Dubai on Saturday, 2 November, the concert brings together the biggest names from the noughties. The line-up includes Gareth Gates, Melanie C, Peter Andre and S Club. Dubai Design Week is back and marking 10 years. Running from 5 to 10 November, it takes place in Dubai Design District (d3) and brings exciting exhibitions and events from local as well as international designers. The festival celebrates the local as well as the regional community's creative talent and showcases the city as a global design hub. The festival includes 500 designers and brands from more than 40 countries, and the exhibitions range from installations to experiential displays.
