Taking up residence in Address Montgomerie Hotel in Emirates Hills, folly Brasserie is returning to Dubai. Originally launched in 2017 as folly, the brand quickly became a fixture in Dubai’s gastronomic scene, earning prestigious accolades such as the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand and a spot on the MENA 50 Best Discovery. The restaurant from Gates Hospitality has wowed diners and was originally run by proteges of Gordon Ramsay, Nick Alvis and Scott Price.
The dynamic duo have since departed the operation, but as folly Brasserie gears up for its next act, it’s set to charm both its loyal followers and a fresh new audience. Building on this legacy, folly Brasserie reimagines the beloved concept as a sophisticated yet approachable European brasserie. Diners can enjoy a refined menu that marries the essence of classic brasserie cuisine with modern culinary artistry, emphasising high-quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship.
Designed with a striking conservatory-style aesthetic, the venue features high ceilings, expansive glass panels, and a heritage-green metal framework. An expansive terrace overlooks the Address Montgomerie fountains and golf course, offering a picturesque setting for both daytime and evening dining.
