Mona Kattan is a woman of many talents. She is a Dubai Bling star, co-founder of Huda Beauty, and behind the fragrance KAYALI. Now, she is launching a KAYALI afternoon tea at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi, and here’s how you can join the spectacular scented experience.
KAYALI’s afternoon tea takes place at The Drawing Room, and promises a multi-sensory journey. The menu draws inspiration from the fragrance collection, and the culinary creations are paired with signature scents.
The highlights include Pink Pepper Blinis, inspired by KAYALI’s delicate and floral Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper fragrance; Pistachio Paradise, which reflects the Yum Pistachio Gelato; and Lovefest Burning Cherry, which is infused in the Cherry Bliss Brioche. The desserts range from the Vanilla Dream Crème Brûlée to Invite Only Gateau.
The mocktail menu includes the Sparkling Kiss with vanilla cordial, fresh pineapple and lychee soda, and Frosted Cappuccino with iced vanilla and a creamy coffee. Plus, the tea selection includes Saffron Tea. And, at the end of the KAYALI afternoon tea, guests will receive a gift from KAYALI and The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi.
Mona is a US-born Iraqi businesswoman and is based in Dubai. She started the successful cosmetics line Huda Beauty with her sister. In 2018, she founded the KAYALI brand, which is a homegrown company. In 2023, she appeared in Dubai Bling season two, which featured businessmen, entrepreneurs and DJs based in Dubai.
